You can schedule a free15-minute phone consultation through the contact form. This session will help assess your needs and determine the best services for a personalized approach to your care

Fees

 

The fee for therapy sessions is $265, which includes a 50-minute session plus 10 minutes for preparation and documentation. 

​Payment can be made by Credit Card or E-transfer at the end of each session.​

In-Person & Remote Sessions

​

I offer both in-person and remote sessions. My office is conveniently located in Downtown Toronto for in-person appointments.

For clients in Ottawa and across Ontario, I provide virtual sessions via videoconference or phone. Together, we'll determine the best approach to meet your individual needs.

 

​Insurance Coverage


Sessions are typically covered by many insurance plans, but coverage details can vary depending on your provider, policy, and plan specifics. It's important to check with your insurance provider to confirm whether your plan includes coverage for sessions with me. Once your session payment is completed, you will receive an invoice from the admin team, which contains all the necessary details to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Out-of-Pocket Payments


For those without insurance coverage or whose insurance does not fully cover the required number of sessions, paying out of pocket is an option. Receipts for sessions can often be submitted as medical expenses when filing your income taxes. Please consult with your accountant to confirm if this applies to your situation.

Cancellation Policy


Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed entirely will be charged the full session fee.
