I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, self-worth struggles, confidence issues, life transitions, family or work difficulties, attachment or interpersonal struggles, emotional self- regulation, self-esteem, learning issues, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I also work with individuals on a journey of self-improvement and those seeking to explore underlying uncertainties and confusion impacting different aspects of their lives.

My goal is to establish a therapeutic setting that is safe, non-judgmental, supportive, and built on collaboration, while also considering aspects of human rights and diversity. In a supportive therapeutic relationship, I work collaboratively to understand challenging emotions, issues, and problematic relationships. My primary aim is to identify an approach that aligns with each client’s unique life experiences and circumstances, tailoring treatment to their specific needs and concerns.
